My decending is poor and I'm a bit of a nervous nelly, so in an effort to keep everyone safe I tend to go out the back to stay out of the way. I was looking at tips to help improve descending and I think this clip has a lot of relevance for all, not just on improving descending but also on being safer for everyone. youtu.be/BPBOR5pDoQo
