Hi Folks,

Unfortunately I will have to postpone the Coomola to Coom Challenge Cycle which was to be held next Sat 8th of April.
With work I can't guarantee I'll be there to lead it so its best to postpone, we will do this spin later in the month.

I will postpone the Ardmore cycle until after the 13th of May. The Sheila Creedon Memorial is on this Saturday if people wish to have a alternative. It's a great spin.

All, just to confirm the "Full Irish Breakfast Club Cycle" will not be happening in the morning, it will be running at later date.
