Thanks to Group 2 for getting me home in one piece. Legs died at the bottom of Goggins hill, not a good place for that to happen. Some serious pain from there in. Thanks a million to the group who dragged me home. Other than that it was a great spinπ

Sat 22nd 9am Pharmacy - Route 90km with 900m Climbing - Pharmacy - Begleys forge - Beal na bla - Bandon. www.strava.com/routes/23973376We did this last year end of December. I'll be going irrespective of wind or rain so post if your feeling funky.

Hi Anthony unfortunately 90k is too long for me, being off the road for last few weeks with the weather. So I'm jus proposing a short spin maybe the old reliable Dunderrow that is of course weather/wind permitting. Will look at forecast tonight to get clearer picture. 9am pharmacy, post if interested. D

I have to say I like you, but my bike is very sad, so lets forget this nonsense and let us all be glad. remember its DUNDERROW in the autumn of life, that road that I do cycle, is now my way of life...
