I know I missed Last years spin but I think it's something The Club should continue doing as an end of year burnout before the weather gets the better of us. I'll be doing it anyways with my brother Thomas. Leaving Pharmacy 7.45 Sat 21st Sept. Average will be above 28. Breakfast in Drimoleague. Lunch in Celtic Ross. Anyone coming needs their Bike / Tyres / Body in good shape. Post if Interest.

Having talked to Pat and the weather being so good if it's like this next Sat 21st then we will be going ahead with Baltimore 200km. I know the BBQ is on so when we get home the beer will taste even better. Anyways I don't see a lot of Carrigdhooners posting that they are coming so it won't affect the BBQ either way. Pharmacy 7.45am Three so Far so the av has gone up to above 29KM LOL.

Myself, Pat Healy and my brother Thomas headed out in the fine weather at 7.30. By Bandon we were in the middle of a Monsoon. Drowned to The B______S. I could have shown you on my camera but I didn't have it with me. (You can fill in the blanks for those of a PC disposition). Had a Great spin Last week with the Yellows av 24 for 87Km. I don't normally post about average cause I don't care BUT Average for 100Km to Baltimore was 33.5Km. We'd have been faster if not for the Rain. Pat and Thomas were outstanding and it's a pleasure to see how Good both are. They say things come in 3's so i've had mine over the last two weeks, Crash Puncture and now Broken crank at 150km Peddlers X. I got the Pit Crew to collect me yipee while Thomas and Pat continued on in the rain yee ha. Note to self this has to be done for future years Last week of Aug or 1st week in Sept. As regards the Rain Ideal Prep For Flanders 2020. It's a pity about the BBQ I was looking forward to it, Maybe next year for both the 200 and the BBQ.
