This years club night away will take place on the 24th of June. The chosen venue will be starting from Kenmare and finishing in Kenmare. Can I have a show of hands first for people that wish to stay over. I will confirm cost once I have approx numbers as this will reflect the rate. Please confirm interest here as I won't remember if you tell me in passing on the road.

OK Folks. The only hotel available in Kenmare on said date is The Brook Lane Hotel. All other hotels have wedding parties booked or farmers conferences.
Whats left and will be gone shortly if we dont get final numbers is:
I have 2 triples (large rooms)
7 twins
The rate is 120.00 per person sharing DBB (Im working on getting this better or a price without the evening meal).
I will check a few B&Bs in the meantime.

Good news on the accommodation in Kenmare.
The Lodge in Kenamre has 6 rooms.
They have 6 twin rooms on the 24th of June
requested at a rate of 110 euros for 2 people in a room to include
breakfast.
I will need numbers asap and don't delay or we'll miss the boat. Its very hard to get accommodation.
I will confirm deposit price shortly.

Ok. This is final boarding call for the club night away. I need to know final number by tomorrow night the 26th of March at 8pm.
The Selected overnight place is The Lodge in Kenmare.
The cost is 110 euros for 2 people in a room to include breakfast.
The deposit is 20 euro per room and I will need this by wednesday 29th.
The Rooms are as follows:
Room 1: Noel Murphy & Niall Kennedy
Room 2: Ger & Shay Fox
Room 3: Lou & Dan
Room 4: Timmy & Deirdre
Room 5: Helen & Mary
Room 6: Greg & Dee Duggan
If I have left anyone out or anyone needs to drop out please let me know asap.
Dont post yet if you're taking part for the day but not staying overnight. I will announce this later to collate the list.
