Enjoy the spin in my country, take yer time on the desents especially around Reentrisk (after "the beal" or "the wall") into Allihies as there are a few bad turns there and the road is narrow. Enjoy food stop in one of my favourite bars and of course the fantastic unspoilt west Cork scenery.

Yesterday panned out to be one of the best clubs away days we had! 2 solid groups set out yesterday morning in great form and finished strongly back in Kenmare in the afternoon. Plenty of banter and Craic supplied in the main by Trevor. Weather was glorious, which helped entice us to stop a few times.. sambos in Allihies, ice cream in Castletownbere and liquid refreshment in Glengarriff. Roll on the next one!! Well done Trevor!    Just to repeat what Shay said it was a fantastic day on the bike. Thanks to Trevor for all the organising even tho you are a very bold Norrie😁 The weather made it and the banter as always got us up those walls😭. thanks to everyone for a great day out it has to be for me the best club spin. The club is fantastic and look forward to lots more of those days ahead. 😊 |
