Thanks so much Pat for organising Club day today, lovely route and a super coffee stop ๐๐ thanks so much to all in group 1, for keeping the pace so I didnโt get left behind. I really appreciate it. Special thanks to Niall Kennedy for his coaching, his words of advice and encouragement for me and for physically pushing me up a few slopes in the last 10k. I will do my best Niall put all your advice into practice in my next spins out. Such an enjoyable day out. It was lovely to see all the gang gathered in Inishannon Topaz this evening with all the club gear on. Hated having to rush off to get hair done but a girl has to prioritize ๐๐๐

If carlsberg did club spins..... theyโd hire pat h. Thanks pat for a great day out west. The support pack was a master stroke! One comment that stuck with me today was from a yellow rider. โI love this cos you meet and get to know other club members that you usually only see for ten seconds at the pharmacyโ. Roll on the summer!!
